We use no flake board, veneers and composites, because they are not sustainable.   Do not buy it unless it is Eco-furniture or green. Many wood furniture manufactures  used flake board as way to cut costs and create things that appear to be what they are not. We don’t try and trick the consumer we craft and make only solid reused wood for our furniture.  Veneer’s may lift up, the glues can come apart, and the stain will often wear off more quickly.
